SG Analytics (SGA) has appointed Dr. Kiran Bala as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Kiran brings over 18 years of experience leading high-performing human resources (HR) teams at global organizations, to her new role.
As CHRO, Kiran will lead SG Analytics' global HR strategy to improve operational effectiveness and align with the company's business priorities as it continues along its explosive growth story. Kiran will work along with SGA's global HR team and senior leaders to design programs that focus on employer brand, employee experience and talent practices.
"Since the last couple of years, SG Analytics has grown phenomenally in terms of revenue and team members. We now have over 1,100 team members, with more than half of them added in the last three years," said Mr. Sushant Gupta, SG Analytics Founder & CEO, "Leading a talented and global workforce is an essential ingredient for our success. Kiran recently served as Head of Human Resources for UST BlueConch, a global product and platform engineering company. Throughout her career, Kiran has worked with distinct companies (SKF, Persistent Systems, Schaeffler Group, IBM and M&M), cultures, and roles to lead people teams that manage all aspects of HR. She is passionate about building high performance teams, strengthening culture, and learning and development.

The addition of Kiran as Chief Human Resources Officer to SG Analytics' executive leadership team follows the launch of a path-breaking Profit Sharing Plan, and getting certified as 'Great Place to Work,' last year. The company has also, recently, roped in Kulwinder Singh as Chief Marketing Officer, Ankit Rastogi as Head of Financial and Consulting Services and Nishant Singh as Head of Products.
